What do you usually have for breakfast? Is it different from the " full English breakfast " or the " continental breakfast? Помогите пожалуйста! :3

We usually have for breakfast toasts, pancakes with sour cream and other Russian food. I think this is really small different from English and Russian breakfast. We also have food from continental breakfast.
