Поставьте глаголы,данные в скобках,в past continuous или past simple.
Emma.....(wash)the dishes when the telephone.......(ring).
I.......(write) an email when the lights.........(go)out.
Emma was washing the dishes when the telephone rang.
I was writing an email when the lights went out.
