First of all, a successful applicant should have nicepersonality, pleasant appearance and have good presentation skills. He or sheshould be confident in themselves and be positive people. 
It ishuge stress for everyone to get through the interview; however it will bebetter to stay calm during whole conversation. Candidates should be honest and avoid lying at all. Professionalskills at the CV should beconfirmed as well by giving examples, sharing experience. Most employers like self-organizedand highly motivated people, who are able to work under pressure - so stressresistance is a must!
