Its the XXI century. We call it the time of freedom. Morality has become easier, people are more humane and we are free to make choices. But is it really so?
Unfortunately, this is just a perfect fictional image. People are still under the presure of the circumstances. Some people are not able to make choices, some dont have a right of speech, some are not able even to live like a human being. Lets take at whats happaning in the world. Look, heres a girl in Bangadesh trying to get a work in a factory because she and her family dont have money even to eat every day. Heres a boy from the Wester country and hes not able to do what he wants because the society wont accept him. And heres a family in Afghanistan and they are scared to live home because its very dangerous outside in this time.
Maybe we have more possibilities and rights than the past centuries. But still people from all coutries and societies are not totally free. I dont think that we live in the golden era, honistly.
I wonder, is it ever going to be a real era of freedom? Can people from all over the world ever change? I dont know, actually. How said Bob Dylan, "The answer, my friend, is blowing in the wind".
