I think computers can save your time but at the same time its really a big reason for some problems. if you are a house wife, you probably dont have enough time for shopping outside, and in this situation, online shopping is the best way for you. but internet is really magic innovation, and it may take too much your free time. everyone knows the situation, when you decide to check the news line but in fact you have spent the rest of your evening by watching movies and chatting with different people. I use online applications a lot, and I cant stop doing that. its like a habit now, common thing that I have to do for comfort living. although I agree that it creates a lot of problem even with your health. recently I felt a small back pain, and I decided that I will try to reduce my time that I spend on the computer and exchange it to the walking or just spending more time with my family.
