Past simple или past continuous ?
We couldnt play tennis yesterday because they ___ new lines on the courts. ( paint )
I think the crowd ___ bored as the match was drawing to a close. ( get )
Painted ( не очень нравится что именно past SIMPLE,я бы поставила past perfect)
