Younger teachers are usually more energetic.
They can have common interests with their pupils and in this  way their relations will be better.
They may have more modern knowledge of the subject.
They can bring new ideas as to how to make the school life more intersting.

Younger teachers dont have enough experience in teaching their subject.
They are not experinced enough in dealing with children of different ages.
They may ignore older teachers advice which may result in educational problems.
They often leave school for ever because of low salaries, stress and lack of time for private life.
