Sit in a room full of glasses of water, and just wait. Its a little something I learned on Jurassic Park. Although, Im pretty sure I dont want to do anything else I saw on that movie. I would most likely go in a bomb shelter or something of the sort. I mean, I doubt theyll be accompanying me there.
