Помогите пожалуйста написать сочинение what we should do to keep fit

Healthy diet and constant training help individuals  to stay in shape. Firstly, healthy food is beneficial for our organism, because it contains a lot of vitamins and helful ferments. However, some people due to business eat some junk food .....

Secondly, constant training in the gym or jogging every morning might help person to stay in shape....and so on:)
