write down 2-3 things which you find shocking or irritating
1) I found it shocking that people ask ridiculous questions.
2) I find it irritating when people distract me from my work.
3) I find it irritating when I cannot do something after third try.
And, of course, I find it irritating when people ask others to do creative work for them if they can do it themselve, just like you do.
