1. They must not sit.
2. He does not sleep well.
3. We does not draw often.
4. They do not have a hen.
5. I am not big.
6. Mum does not have a son.
7. Students are not clever.
8. A dog may not run.
9. The parrot is not funny.
10. Pupils cannot read.
По разным версиям пишут либо слитно (cannot), либо раздельно (can not). Выбор за Вами.
