Caring for your body is it  your health. First it is necessary to eat properly, exercise, and set the mode. Not to harm your body with alcohol, drugs and smoking. It may seem are naturally beautiful, but looking that good actually requires a lot of planning and hard work.Drink plenty of water. Experts recommend you drink 8 to 12 cups of water a day. This keeps your skin naturally hydrated. Eat a balanced diet. Incorporate lots of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, healthy fats and whole grains. Exercise regulary.  Exercise like running or walking improved circulation and gived your skin a healthy glow. Remove makeup before bed. Wash your face and use a moisturizer and eye cream each night. Avoid the sun as much as possible.
