1.Its bigger than my old flat and its more comfortable. 
2.That part of the city is more quiet than
this one.
3.In fact,its more cheap than my old flat. 
4. Your new flat is better than your old flat. 
5. Its cheaper, not better. My new flat is in the dirtiest part of the city and very far away from the city centre. And my neighbors are the most noisy people in the world! 6. Im so sorry.This is really bad news.
