Dear Tom,

I was awfully glad to get your letter. How nice of you have written to me!

I would like to answer to your question about Russia. Firstly I want to say that Russia belongs to the democratic political system. This political system  is adopted in many other countries. Our Constitution was adopted 12 December, 1993. Secondly Id like to say that the government and President sit in the Kremlin in Red Square. Also you should know that the origin of the word "Duma" is Parliament. The Federal Assembly consists of the Federal Counsil and the State Duma.
