If you want to keep fit , you should  keep to a healthy diet. You mustnt eat fatty and spicy food. You mustnt drink fizzy drinks. Chips, fast food and sweets are very harmful for your health. The useful food must contain many vegetables and fruits, meat, fish, eggs and diary products. Eat regularly but in small portions.  Dont eat much in the evenings! If you follow these recomendations, you will be healthy and happy!
